DMC Fiji
DMC Fiji for incentives, events and meetings
Arinex DMC Fiji — Arinex brings South Pacific expertise and a deep understanding of island logistics to one of the world's most beautiful and most underestimated MICE destinations.
Our Fiji team knows what makes this archipelago work for corporate groups, the short transfer times that most planners assume will be long, the resort infrastructure on Denarau that handles large conferences with ease, and the outer islands where a program becomes something delegates talk about for years afterwards.
In a country where welcome is a cultural institution rather than a service standard, Arinex delivers programs that feel effortless from the moment your group clears Nadi.

Arinex DMC — Your DMC in Fiji
Organising a group trip, incentive program or company event in Fiji? We would love nothing more than to help you and your clients along the way.
First and foremost, our team provides personal service throughout — so your program runs smoothly and stays in your delegates' memories long after they fly home. We also know how much the small touches matter, from the welcome at Nadi arrivals and the resort check-in to bespoke island excursions and dining experiences your clients could not book themselves.
We specialise in corporate support for events across Fiji — Denarau, the Coral Coast, the Mamanuca and Yasawa Islands and the outer island resorts.
We hold strong relationships with the best local suppliers, resorts and boat operators, so your clients receive better value and added benefits that are not available on the open market.
We are hands-on, quick to respond and open about every stage of the planning. Your clients are in safe hands.
Last but not least — when you work with us, you are not selecting a DMC. You are selecting a committed partner in Fiji.
Let's create something memorable together.

Travel highlights Fiji
Fiji is an archipelago of more than 330 islands scattered across the South Pacific — and one of the most naturally beautiful MICE destinations on earth. What surprises most planners on their first visit is how straightforward it is to operate here. Nadi International Airport receives direct flights from Australia, New Zealand, Los Angeles, Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo, and the main resort district on Denarau Island sits twenty minutes from the terminal.
Denarau provides the conference infrastructure — a cluster of international resort brands with substantial meeting space, championship golf and a marina that serves as the departure point for the islands. From there, the Mamanuca Islands are reachable in under an hour by catamaran and a fraction of that by helicopter or seaplane, which makes the classic Fiji incentive structure possible: conference sessions on the mainland, island experiences by day, and something spectacular for the closing night.
Beyond the resorts, Fiji offers a culture that shapes the whole program. The sevusevu welcome ceremony, the meke performances, the lovo feast cooked in the earth — these are not staged tourist attractions but living traditions that villages share with visitors. Delegates who arrive expecting a beach holiday leave having experienced something with far more depth.
Highlights across the islands:
- The Mamanuca Islands — island hopping, private beach days and the sandbanks that emerge at low tide for dinners no delegate forgets
- The Yasawa Islands — dramatic volcanic scenery, the Sawa-i-Lau limestone caves and some of the clearest water in the Pacific
- Denarau Island — the conference and resort hub, with championship golf, a marina and international-standard meeting facilities
- The Coral Coast — southern Viti Levu, home to resort properties, coastal villages and the Sigatoka Sand Dunes
- Diving and snorkelling — the Rainbow Reef, the Great Astrolabe Reef and soft coral gardens that give Fiji its reputation as the soft coral capital of the world
- Beqa Lagoon — shark diving for the adventurous, and the island where the firewalking tradition originates
- The Navua River — bilibili bamboo rafting, waterfalls and inland villages rarely reached by visitors
- Sabeto Valley — hot springs and mud pools, an unexpectedly popular team building experience
- Garden of the Sleeping Giant — orchid gardens at the foot of the Nausori Highlands
- Navala Village — one of the last villages built entirely in traditional bure style, in the Ba Highlands
- Surfing — Cloudbreak and Restaurants, among the best-known breaks in the Pacific
- Suva — the capital, with the Fiji Museum, colonial architecture and the country's commercial centre
Combining Fiji with Australia or New Zealand?
Many groups pair Fiji with a mainland program — Sydney or Auckland before the islands, or Fiji as the reward at the end of a conference. Arinex operates in all three, so a combined itinerary is handled by one team with one point of contact rather than three separate DMCs and three sets of logistics.
Program idea Fiji
Dinner on a sandbank that will not exist tomorrow
Some incentive moments can be replicated anywhere with enough budget. This one cannot.
In the Mamanuca Islands, at certain tides, sandbanks rise out of the ocean — a curve of white sand with nothing on it, ocean in every direction, and no land visible except the outlines of islands on the horizon. They appear for a few hours and then the water takes them back.
Your group leaves the resort in the late afternoon by boat. Nobody has been told where they are going. As the boats slow, delegates see something that does not look real: a table set for the group on an island that is barely an island, torches already lit, staff waiting, and the sun beginning to drop behind the Mamanucas.
The evening opens with a sevusevu — the traditional kava welcome — presented properly, with the ceremony explained by someone who grew up with it. Then a lovo feast, the food cooked in an earth oven since that morning and lifted out in front of the group. Fresh reef fish, taro, cassava, palusami. A meke follows as the light goes, the drumming carrying further than it should across open water.
By the time the boats return, the tide has started to come in. Guests who take a last photograph from the water can see the sand narrowing behind them.
We have delivered this evening for groups of twenty and groups of two hundred, and the reaction does not change with the numbers. It requires tide tables, three weeks of planning, a weather contingency and boat crews who have done it before — all of which we handle. What your delegates experience is simply the best evening of the program.

More about Arinex Fiji
At Arinex DMC Fiji, we help you navigate an island destination with confidence. Island logistics reward local knowledge more than almost any other kind of program — ferry timings, seaplane weight limits, tide-dependent experiences and weather contingencies all shape what is possible on any given day. We plan around all of it so you never have to.
Fiji has more to offer corporate groups than its reputation as a honeymoon destination suggests. We can assist with venues, resort accommodation, gala dinners, island transfers, team building and full ground handling — everything required for a program that runs without friction.
We know the best resorts, venues, islands and experiences for your groups across Fiji.
Sustainability
Arinex is committed to responsible destination management in Fiji — a country where the consequences of environmental damage are not abstract. Fiji sits on the front line of climate change, and its coral reefs, fisheries and coastal villages are directly affected by what happens to the ocean around them.
Our Fiji programs prioritise resorts with recognised environmental certification and active reef protection commitments, locally sourced food from Fijian producers and fishermen rather than imported supply chains, and reef-safe practices on every water-based activity we operate. We work with community-owned experience providers wherever possible, so that the money a corporate group spends reaches the villages whose land and water make the program possible.
We provide carbon measurement and offset documentation for every Fiji program delivered, and we can build reef restoration or community projects into a program as a team activity for groups with ESG reporting requirements.
Fiji's marine environment is among the richest on the planet. We treat it as a responsibility rather than a backdrop
